Calgary Nanny Connection Inc. provides a wide range of services from placing caregivers and processing paperwork, to processing your caregiver's payroll remittances, to providing educational tools for your caregiver such as CPR/First Aid and early childhood education classes.

CAREGIVER PLACEMENT & RELATED SERVICES

Our placement fees require a deposit of $150.  This is payable upon retaining our services, and will be used toward your placement fee.  This deposit is non-refundable.
 
Local Caregiver Placement - $1,150  
This fee covers all of the paperwork involved with Canadian Immigration under the Live-In Caregiver Program.  Deposit of $150, balance of $1,000 due when caregiver commences work with the family.

Overseas Placement Fee - $1,100
This fee covers all of the paperwork involved with Canadian Immigration under the Live-In Caregiver Program.  Deposit of $150, second payment of $500.00 due when paperwork has been submitted to Service Canada and third payment of $450.00 due when caregiver receives their Canadian work visa.  

Document Processing - $525
For those clients who have identified the caregiver they wish to hire but need assistance completing all of the necessary Service Canada & Canadian Immigration papework.  Fee to be paid once all documents are submitted to Service Canada.

Contract Renewal - $60
Renewal of your caregiver's contract.
 
Processing of Work Permit - $ 175
Assistance provided to submit necessary documents to Canadian Immigration for a valid work permit.
 
T4 Processing  - $75
Have a CGA complete your caregiver’s T4 and your T4 summary.

Complete Payroll Package - $400

Complete payroll service includes the following:

- Tax, CPP, EI calculations for 12 months 
- Employer portion of CPP and EI calculations for 12 months 
- Incorporating room & board into your nanny’s pay if she is live-in 
- One completed T4 and T4 summary at tax time 
- Calculation of vacation and/or termination pay, if necessary 
- One completed Record of Employment (ROE), if required 
- Email reminders to pay your caregiver/tax bill; mailing of postdated cheques

SERVICES FOR CAREGIVERS

First Aid / CPR - $125
Caregivers can enrol in certified combined First Aid / CPR Classes.   These classes are also open to employers if they wish to enrol.

"Making Good Nannies Great" series of workshops
Positive Discipline, Effective Play, Effective Communication,  Early Childhood Education, Meal Ideas, Managing the Workload.
