Calgary Nanny Connection Inc.is an agency that places live-in caregivers with Calgary families. The owner, Michele Gole, is a mother who worked outside the home for many years and understands the challenges involved with finding quality childcare. To ensure compatibility between employers and employees, all parties are personally interviewed. The emphasis is on finding the right fit for everyone – parents, caregivers and the children.

Calgary Nanny Connection Inc.  is committed to carefully choosing the proper caregiver for each family and will continue to provide assistance, after the initial placement, to ensure that the relationship will be successful for everyone over the long term.

Our caregivers are carefully screened and selected for their love of children, caring attitudes, and competent skills. We work for both the family and the nanny, and consider the needs and expectations of everyone.
